Katharin Brink has over 40 years experience in organization management and development in higher education and nonprofit organizations.
Katharin (or Kathy) has a reputation as a high energy accomplished leader and mentor, with particular skills in change management and process improvement. Her strengths are in guiding organizations to integrate people and technological resources to focus on client-centric service delivery and organizational success.
Katharin’s nonprofit management experience includes serving as Vice President for Community Planning at the United Way in Charlotte, NC where she led a major community assessment on children’s services in the county and as VP for Capacity Building at Nonprofits First in Palm Beach County. Katharin also served as a Managing Principal for six years at CedarCrestone, a technology consulting firm, providing organizational development consulting for institutions implementing system-wide administrative systems. In our community, Katharin was a board member of Caring Children Clothing Children and Mary's Shelter and was active in several ministries at St.Joseph's Church. She also provided consulting services to several other Martin County nonprofits. She now resides in Vermont where she and her husband returned last spring to be near their 11 grandchildren.
