“That’s Right, Right?” Exploring Slippery Ethical Issues in Fundraising

Sep 19, 2018 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Registration Closed

Monique and Melanie will facilitate a lively roundtable discussion about several of the AFP Sample Cases for Ethics Education. They will distribute the AFP Code of Ethical Standards for attendees to discuss what they would do in each situation.

Following an interactive group discussion, the facilitators will share how the Codes of Ethical Standards should be followed to help guide fundraisers through “slippery” situations where the answer isn’t obviously black or white.

The presenters will also save time for attendees to share similar ethical dilemmas that they have experienced while working as fundraising professionals.
